Do I need fancy ingredients?

When it comes to gluten-free cooking you do need to use a few alternate ingredients, but all of these can be sourced in the supermarket, health food stores or online.

Do these recipes contain nuts?  Are they mostly almond meal based for example?

Are these Thermomix recipes?

We have both methods in this book.  Traditional and Thermomix.
